I truly believe the product really works but they're shipping methods need to change. They shipped it in a standard envelope so it got crushed in the standard USPS mail and with the heat wave we have going on and it's $117° out and inside a metal mailbox out in the middle of the sun beating on it it was over 150° inside the metal box and it literally melted the product and they are forever sticking together. So I don't know if it's lost it's potency or if it's any good still or anything but buyer beware. They should be shipping it in a box so it ends up on your front porch so no matter what time of the year it arrives undamaged and full potency ready to be used.
