After customer service removed subscription and confirmed this, somehow yet another shipment was made. Apparently the only way to avoid this scam will to be to delete account.

am very concerned about the colour of the product. Upon opening the delivery, I found that every packet is purple in colour. As this is an unflavoured collagen product, I would have expected the powder to be off-white, as has been the case with collagen products I have purchased from other companies. The fact that every packet in my order has the same unusual purple colouring has raised concerns for me about the product and whether it is safe and suitable for consumption. Never received my order I kept getting emails that it was coming. Then got an email asking for my physical address. That it couldn't be delivered without it. I provided it and that email shot back to me undelivered. So, I felt red flags at that point. I disputed the charge on PayPal. Your rep, Rich, told me to drop the dispute and I would get my money back. I didn't get the whole amount from PayPal and they couldn't tell me why not. PayPal had closed the dispute I didn't. I told you rep, Rich, this. I mean we went back and forth. I was exhausted and aggravated by this whole thing. Do I guess your company in the end got $23.66 from me.
